Wish there was a sixth star! Could not have done better. Car was new, people behind the counter were helpful and fun, easy walk to find the car, everything was great. Easy airport to negotiate, drop off a breeze, even got a call to tell me about something I had left in the car! And it was a watch! Super nice and professional mixed with a personal touch. Highly recommend them! This was probably one of the best rental car experiences I have had.
Friendly service. Stayed past closing time and was available for a late arrival. Easy return. Great car, for price. Will use Budget again for sure.
I always search coupons and deals before renting. Airport is the best location not only for pick up and accommodations but also dropping of vehicle. Staff is always pleasant and smiling if I ever have an issue they are more then helpful. Only complaint is rewards program should be points not a $35coupon.
