The next morning after another 40 minutes I finally reached someone at the Budget counter. I told them I left the bottle on the front seat and the first thing they said to me was "Are you sure you left it? Because most of the time people say they left something when they didn't"

Here I am waiting for my wife to finish vacuuming out the vehicle that we picked up half an hour ago. I got it home and started to load the suitcases and found candy wrappers and candy all over the floor in back seat... the car was filthy. Obviously no one ever touched the inside. We are on a schedual so tight that we can't alter our plans. We prepaid and was told we'd get a particular vehicle ..................NOT. On a 1500.00 perpaid bill...they said they would reimburse us 30.00. I'm definitely ticked off and will never use them again. Treated like a shmuck. I give them 1 star for just having the car ready.

I called the next day on 6/20 and got someone who took my information and was really great and the best customer service I got through this whole experience. He stated he would pass the information along to the regional manager. I have NOT received an email or a phone call from the regional manager. I feel like they don't care about their customers or providing excellent service. Very disappointed and will not being using this service again. I'm going on a 2 week road trip on September and I'm looking at other rental services for my needs.

About 2 hours later I called and held for 45 minutes and never did reach anyone.

For a Fast Break Member whose business spends tens of thousands of Dollars with Budget, I am totally disgusted.

Drove the car less than a "minimum" mileage and was automatically charged a gas fee upon return. Other places have attendants that check you in and maybe ask if you have a reciept or not. Not this place. They just assumed, and charged the extra $17.71, which for a $65.78 rental fee is an extra 27%. No attendant to check out or check in. I had to call and get my refund, which they did give. What is the point of saying bring it back full, if you don't look at, or believe the gas gauge?

I accidentally left a very nice metal water bottle on the front seat of the car. It was dark in the garage when I pulled in and the water bottle is black, so I didn't see it.

When I went to pick up my rental the system was down. I told the worker I would be paying cash when I dropped the car off and he didn't say anything about how i couldn't. I returned the car on 6/17 and went to pay cash and the woman stated she didn't have any petty cash and couldn't pay with cash. She didn't say anything about having to have an account. The worker stated she'd have to take the money in the back and create a disposit. I looked at her and stated that's not my problem. And pointed out I was paying for a service and should be able to use cash or card.

He then went on the say the vehicle was due for a oil change and cleanup so it would still be where I dropped it off and he would call me right back. That was two weeks ago and I have not received a call. I have tried calling the location 3 times and have wasted 90 minutes trying to talk with someone at this location and the system keeps bouncing me to people who cant understand what I am saying and cant help me. )I am a 55 year old business owner from Cincinnati, Ohio.)

I followed up with customer service on Monday 6/19. It took me at least 7 tries to actually speak with a customer service rep for Budget; almost as if they didn't want me to speak with someone regarding my concern. I finally got a rep who stated I couldn't pay cash because I didn't have any account. The worker didn't mention ANYTHING about havng an account I became very frustrated because with multiple calls, and transfers, I got no support

Ordered a traverse ended up with a caravan when I went to pick it up budget wasn't even open but Avis was filling in for them. I didn't mind the van was clean when picked it up and had no problems with the vehicle. When returning the vehicle guy in garage met me at the van and said was all set when I was about to pull away guy wrote on the van saying it smelled like smoke even though I had my kids in it with me I jumped out and gave him a peice of mind and said wasn't paying for the rental if try putting a bs charge on the bill . Any who ended up taking it off the window and not charging a bs lie

I dropped my rental vehicle off at the Budget Syracuse Airport location.

    I accidentally left a very nice metal water bottle on the front seat of the car. It was dark in the garage when I pulled in and the water bottle is black, so I didn't see it.

    Ordered a traverse ended up with a caravan when I went to pick it up budget wasn't even open but Avis was filling in for them.
