Had been coming to this place for 10 plus years for a company christmas party. Venue is a nice place, though could use some updated renovations. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating But the food was not good at all seriously mediocre at best. The food was edible, but had no flavor. Food was on the lines of school cafeteria and hospital food. I have tried to keep faith in this place as being a consistant patron for 10 plus years but to my disapointment I cant bring myself to do it anymore... I really would like to see this establishment improve 100 percent so that I able to return and write a more positive review.
Had been going to The Spinning Wheel for many many years! Unfortunately the bartenders have lost myself as well as my co workers after giving them all many many chances. Rude, inattentive, worried about their conversations then tending bar. We now meet at Bull & Bear Roadhouse which is about 5 minutes away and an absolutely amazing experience compared to this place. We've actually found a ton of people that we used to see there now at Bull & Bear!! Its like a reuion. The Atmosphere: If you want to be shut out by 10PM no music beg for food and lights and bar stools up go to The Spinning Wheel. Other wise I and many people highly recommend heading down the street where they are kind and care to have you there.
Bartender should learn how to make a Manhattan. If your going to charge for one make it correctly.
$35 clambake, they served Little Neck clams for 2 hours no raw ones. Food was good Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. Nice place very clean.
Great place to either relax after work and see friends or have a great meal. Super staff. Oh, great for parties too.
