I am recommending this store because of the fact that they communicated well with me when I need to inquire about my furniture. I am amazed.
In a plaza with easy access to 81 friendly sales people a variety of brands
Their delivery men are incapable of doing their job correctly. We moved in a queen size boxspring to a 3rd floor, narrow hallway apartment building and they told us it would be impossible to move in the full size sofa. These men did not even try let alone measure it out. I am completely unimpressed with their lack of effort and professionalism. Go ahead and buy furniture from here, but don't expect delievery unless its an easy job.
purchased a living room set, we were also talked into buying a extended 5 yr warranty, after 3 yrs the furniture started to peel and crack ,when we called the warranty company (guardian protection) the claims lady (alicia) told us they would not do anything about it, she wouldnt even let me finish telling her what happened. i have never been that mad in my life,i asked if they were just going to shaft us like this...she said ..quote ..I DONT CARE ..BYE. she then hung up. we have called ashley several times ,they just say there telling the district maneger,but nobody calls back. DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THERE SALESMEN.
