I am a college student so I stored my dorm stuff here for the summer. The process was very easy and simple. Everything is well kept and very clean. Anytime I needed something, they made me a priority so it was nice they valued my business. I'll rent here again next summer too.

Negative stars. When I got the unit I was under the impression that I could pay in cash monthly directly at the north Syracuse storage instead of using money orders or bank account info because I don't do either just strictly cash. Well....... Come to find out they don't tell you that you have to go to Onondaga hill to pay. Needless to say I will be moving my things out of the unit and going some place else since the manager did not want to accommodate me in me any way. Your employee made the mistake of not telling me that I had to go all the way to Onondaga hill to pay my bill especially when I told her that I was going to go to that location to pay her directly and you don't want to make it right....you need to work on your customer service skills cause that's not how you treat a customer who was wrongly informed by YOUR EMPLOYEE.
