If you grew up in the area, this place is a welcome community landmark; and the daily anecdotes, quotes, and/or general words of wisdom displayed on their brilliantly placed business sign are a welcome reprieve from the often frustration-inciting commute down Taft Road. (Usually caused by some local, entitled douche-canoe with a debauchery of self-serving driving antics that clearly indicate a total lack of respect for any other motorist on the roadway. [I presume the most likely cause of stated behavior stems from the failure of having been taught delayed gratification, and that is why they falsely assume that the rules don't apply to them.] We live in a society of rules, sir/madam. Please adhere to them!)

Id give this place zero stars if i could. Absolutely insane prices, customer service is not only strange but extremely rude. Every time I bring anything there to get tailored the woman calls me and says she can't do it smh

Awesome service and friendly staff. Most cleaners in the area send their clothing out to have it steamed and pressed. They do theirs on the premises. I'm originally from Brooklyn NY where there were cleaners like this in every neighborhood . I can bring a suit in the morning and it will be ready to go in a few hours. Even other cleaners in the are recommend them for fast efficient service. Great business.
Also, as far as their actual provided business services, they do an excellent job! My family and I take all of our dry cleaning there - even though there are several much closer options. Yeah, they're that good! Plus as an added bonus, their staff is always friendly and accommodating.
For me personally, it is a dose of nostalgia. Whenever I find myself headed that way, I always look forward to reading (and often reflecting upon) whatever message they've posted.
