DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK. I had him do my roof and it leaked from day one. Guarantee doesn't mean anything if the person behind the guarantee is garbage. I had to have another roofer come out and do repairs over $4000. They said he used the wrong materials for the job. Look on BBB he has taken people's money and then dodges their calls.
