Basically 1 star is too much ... my grandmother just passed away and i called about a floral arrangement. Needless to say whoever was on the phone didnt hang up and said some really nasty things !!! Wonderful way to deal with people who have just lost someone!!!
Absolutely wonderful! I would reccomend this shop for anyone in the North Syracuse area! Arrived/delivered right on the same day! The flowers were even more beautiful then they were on the website and just what I asked for. I ordered them online and since I'm in another state, ordering them for someone in NY I was skeptical but I tried it and it worked out wonderfully for someone's birthday! Would definitely order again.
Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. If I could give them a negative star I would. I was very underwhelmed with a gift basket that was ordered from this flower shop and sent to as a gift to a family member. After expressing my concerns, the owner of this establishment took it upon herself to call the recipient of the gift(who had no idea what was going on) and proceeded to tell her that we were both lying about the product we received and she was not going to do it over. Not only was this unprofessional, but it was totally uncalled for. When I called the owner to express my concerns about this situation, she hung up the phone in my ear. If this situation is any indication of the way this facility conducts it's business with all of it's customers; then, I'd suggest that anyone thinking of using this floral shop should take their business else where. This floral shop severely lacks even a mediocre level of customer service and quality of products.
Way better than wegmans. I found my special spot where I can get roses and whatever else I want that are good quality and not over priced.
