Oh, and the guy I bought it from...not there when I called about the A/C and gas lid release. I was told he had a heart attack and no one else there really wanted to deal with me.

I thought they were nice people but the owner seemed kinda sketchy. For some reason he had us waiting forever to get the car, after I texted them ahead of time that they would be receiving the check on a specific day. I don't know if these people realize that you usually hand the money over on the same day you receive the car. But for some reason they wanted to get it ahead of time and I asked them specifically to clean my front headlights. Only one side was wiped down and the day I had received the car, I was promised a full tank of gas and did not even receive that. I had called the moment I got home and the owner gave me an attitude asking "how much he had taken off the car"(which wasn't even that much, like 200). When in reality, it's suppose to be courtesy of you to fill up a $25 tank before any customer leaves your lot because by the time I got home the tank light was on. Then he tried telling me to come back for just $10. I'm glad I got a good car but it was not worth all the indecency that he put me through. I'm not going to even bother recommending this place to anyone or coming back. If you want to run a business on low class than don't expect customers to come back. I would've waited longer to get a car from Sun Auto honestly.

I think used car customers expect a $50,000 car for $3,500 & every bell & whistle that comes with it. The place is in the market of SELLING vehicles... I'm sure it's overwhelming when you have over 50 cars on a lot & you're trying to take care of every single person. I own a small business & sometimes, details sometimes get overlooked. When people try to crucify a business using words & a keyboard... it does nobody any good. Leroy has helped me out every single time i've pulled in his lot. I promise people, the last thing Leroy is doing is luring people in just to over-promise & under-deliver. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase, follow-up & friendship over the last 10 years with LA Auto.

I purchased a used BMW 7 series from the salesman/owner & I couldn't have been any more satisfied with the sale. Not only was I floored with the customer service but I got an INSANE deal & any time I showed back up j&ust to say hello, I was greeted by the entire staff... not just the person who sold me the car.

If I could, I'd give them NEGATIVE stars.

Do yourself a favor and just pretend this place doesn't exist.

The seller or finance person does not look you in the eye. They try to get you approved right away and have you walk away with a vehicle same day. The vehicles are beautiful to look at, but mechanically NO. I asked the salesman what was wrong with vehicles that they sell them so low individual cars, and he just shrugged off the response and said, in one instance they were selling a Jeep Grand Cherokee - it looked spectacular, when asked about the mechanical background he said "well you know how they are. I own a Jeep, and they have alot of issues, I still love mine, but I would never buy another one. The fact they don't disclose the history of the vehicle is sketchy at best. I have read all of the reviews and determined that this is not a place I would buy a vehicle. LOOK INTO WHAT YOU BUY BEFORE YOU COMMIT.

Great customer service. Quick and easy paper work. Great prices. Highly recommend.

This place will sell you a lemon that will work fine just long enough to NOT be considered a "lemon" under the lemon laws.

I bought a car from them and will NEVER even go near this place again. I was told that all the work that needed to be done would be done. Within two months of buying it, the gas cover release stopped working, the A/C quit working (they said they fixed it), and then 4 months after I bought it, the brake line went and now I have no brakes.
